Antje Weithaas will go on a summer tour with the Bundesjugendorchester in the first half of August

On its summer tour, under the motto "Musical Friendships," the Bundesjugendorchester will perform works by Brahms and Mahler that were written at the same time shortly before the composers' friendship began. Antje Weithaas and Maximilian Hornung will interpret Brahms' Double Concerto in A minor for violin, violoncello, and orchestra at the six concerts.

The tour starts at the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and continues to the Berlin Konzerthaus (Young Euro Classics), Oelde, Osnabrück, Oberstdorf, and Kassel.
